Happy Sunday, everyone! We are home in Maine after a wonderful visit in Massachusetts - we saw aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, nieces and nephews, brothers and step-brothers! Now it's back to some reality, I have a workshop today in Sanford, but before that Aislinn is making her first Penance, also known as Reconciliation. It is a part of the Catholic faith that I neglect sometimes because of the business of life, but can be so healing...ok, enough of that for now!!!
How cute is this page? I got it from the Stampin Up website for demonstrators, I almost never need to come up with my own ideas, though I do on occasion - lol! The Winter Fun is from the Old Saint Nick Rub-ons in the Holiday Mini Catalog, they are on sale for 8.76 through TODAY with a $20 purchase.
I love the look of the Chocolate Chip and Bashful Blue together, don't you? This photo looks like it is printed in sepia tones, which is great when the colors in the picture aren't what you want on your page.
My step son David turned 21 this week, we are having lunch with him and his brother on Saturday on our way home from Thanksgiving! Here is his card I made, using items featured in the Sticky Situation Bundle, which is 30% off retail price!
I used the Sticky Cuts letters (love them!!) with Chunky Glitter (Cosmo is part of the bundle, but Iliked the green for this card), the Big Shot & Top Note Die, Pacific Point and Mellow Moss cardstock, and Muirfield Designer Series Paper. Inside is stamped Happy Birthday...he is such a great kid, guess I can't call him that any more, huh??? Oh well...time flies!
Happy Black Friday, don't miss out on ordering your bundle and saving 20%! Quantities are limited, the All in the Family Bundle has already sold out...
This is a picture from my Demonstrator Website, where the specials are shown...this may be my Christmas present this year to myself! I posted earlier about how I have done 50 pages this year, well that has filled the scrapbook I have now so it is time for a new one! I am in love with the Urban Garden Paper, too...makes sense to me, right??
I hope I order it before it is SOLD OUT like the other bundles listed above!! Call me to get your favorite bundle for yourself or someone on your gift giving list today...don't wait!
Today is also the last day to save 20% on anything in the current catalogs....

My awesome Ed Tech Jeanette emailed me a cool idea and I just HAD to make one! This could be an ornament or gift tag ( think I'll be using it for the latter)...What you do is take thescalloped edge punchand a piece of 2 3/4 by 2 3/4 inch cardstock, center the punch on each side and this is what you get...then use a piece of 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch cardstock, or here I used Bella Rose Designer Series Paper, and punch all four sides, and you get the inner medallion piece. I then took the Best Yet Hostess Only stamp set and a circle punch, then the scallop circle punchwith some Riding Hood Red cardstock, and viola!
You can add this to a card, attach to a gift bag...omg...so many ideas are swimming around my head! Time to watch Dancing with the Stars with my girls, tho...promise, classes and events will be posted tomorrow!
I have not posted much about the Decor Elements line of product Stampin Up offers, though you have seen some of it featured in my Big Shot Club page and one one project I did in the Stampin Studio a while back.
Well this week I received this piece in an order and it was FREE! I put it up last night after we were done unpacking some holiday decorations, and it looks really lovely above the fireplace in our living room! You can get yours by hosting a workshop or placing an order that qualifies for hostess benefits, check my calendar for available dates!
This afternoon I met with Tammy and Barbie to discuss the Royal Family Camp Crop January 31st and here are the details!!!
Royal Family Kids Camp Crop!
The crop will be January 31st at United Baptist Church in Saco, maximum 40 allowed to register.
Registration is $35 and can be made by writing a check to Royal Family Kids Camp - yes, it is tax deductable!
We'll be scrappin and stampin from noon til 9 that day, and included will be table space, a make and take provided by yours truly, dinner, beverages, and a door prize.
There will be a silent auction during the crop, in place of a cash raffle.
Two mini classes will be offered, one a 5 card class, the other a two page scrapbook spread. Each class is $10, half of which will be donated to the Camp.
If you wish to order your Stampin Up supplies ahead of time to have at the crop, email me at stampwithtara@yahoo.com. Once your order is completed, I will donate 10% of the sales to the camp, as well as with any sales that I make that day.
This is Maine and we do get snow, so if we need to postpone because of weather, the snow date is February 7th - same time and place.
I will provide stamps, inks and punches for use during the day, as well as the Big Shot!
This will be a great opportunity to get the first peek at Sale a Bration, which begins the next day!!
Can you believe it is Thanksgiving this week? I"m in awe...
Today I met with Hilary to go over her daughter's Bat Mitzvah invitations - I love making special event invitations, like this one and weddings, baby showers...so much fun, and I'm getting paid to stamp - love this job!
Then came home and took Aislinn to a birthday party, followed by bringing down the holiday decorations, we travel for Thanksgiving and by the time we get back, I have a workshop at Kim's house ( she's a Tastefully Simple rep, have you tried their Key Lime Cheese dip? I cannot keep it in the house, if I do it's GONE!), so I wanted to get started now :) Anyway, I then put up one of the Hostess Gifts - Decor Elements! The first one I put in my studio was difficult, this was a breeze now that I have done one!. I took pictures of it and will post those tomorrow.
Tomorrow I'm meeting with folks from the Royal Family Camp here in Saco to do a crop on January 31st to benefit the kids at the camp. When I taught in Biddeford many of my students were campers there, it is so amazing! I believe the cost for the crop is going to be $30, when I get more info I will be sure to post it here!
A new catalog is coming in January, too!! Tomorrow find out what classes, clubs and camps are on the horizon...
These photos are from the 12 Weeks of Christmas Campaign for my email newsletter subscribers. Readers receive a detailed description of these projects including needed supplies and step by step instructions!
