As we get ready to ring in 2009, I'm doing some catch up work in my studio - daddy took the girls to spend their gift cards at Toys R Us, I went last year and it was torture - but I didn't tell him that :)
Here is a sample from the Love You Much Bundle, and I am doing a class on February 5th featuring this whole bundle! What you do is order the bundle between now and JANUARY 22ND, 47.91 with tax and shipping, and I will have it for you ready to go on the 5th. We will use 3 sheets of the DSP on projects, and you will take it all home when we're done!
Today is the last day of our family trip to Massachusetts, then we are heading home and continuing our family time with my husband home until Monday...
I am looking forward to going home, it's so great to getaway and have serious down time, but there is a To-Do list that keeps popping up in my head, one of the items being scheduling a Crazy 4 Cards class, and doing so every month. Each class will feature 4 cards, with different techniques, tools and occasions. I am trying to upload a pic to show you but mom's computer won't allow it, oh well.
This class will be either a "I just want to come this month and pay $12" or "I want to build my supplies on a budget, so I will come each month and purchase $30 worth of Stampin Up products and then receive hostess benefits, too"! The choice is yours...
Speaking of clubs, this is one of three I offer - Big Shot Club, Stampin Memories, Stampin Good Time (now called Crazy4Cards). These are on various Tuesday nights, but here is something new, too!! The 3rd Saturday of the month is now Club Saturday from 9am til noon. All three clubs' projects will be available to those who can't make it on Tuesday evenings. In one club but want to make the other club's projects this month, too? You can for $12 at this Club Saturday!
Stay tuned for the January newsletter, due out Jan. 6th. If you AREN'T on my email list, WHY NOT???
I am so excited for the I Wish class this weekend(still limited space available, email me at stampwithtara@yahoo.comto save your space!) and theChocolate and Roses Workshop both at the end of this month AND at Natalie's house on Jan. 11th... Natalie basically booked A Stamping Good Time Birthday Party, but for adults! If you'd like a fun girls night out and don't want the pressure of workshop sales, lets book it today!
This week I am on vacation at my parents' house with NO STAMPS and am in withdrawl! I started to use the Love You Much Bundle on Christmas Day and am dying to get back to it!!! Thankfully we're heading home tomorrow, so I can make it :)
As far as masking goes, this sample uses the negative image of the Top Note Die to create that cool frame for the stamped image...LOVE IT!
Check out my class schedule to try some of these fun ideas with me...
Here is a cute note card tote with four cards featuring the Upsy Daisy stamp set and Haiku DSP. Directions and paper are included, sorry, I am not permitted to sell stamped images. Purchase this class, for $15 including shipping and add on the Upsy Daisy stamp set for only $19 more, in effect paying no tax or shipping charges! I accept paypal, major credit cards and good old American cash :)
Today is my family's Christmas celebration, so we're in Massachusetts visiting my parents until Tuesday - yea, Beekah makes the best breakfasts!!
I stamped some swaps using the new Love You Bunch Bundle but didn't photograph them yet, those will be online on Wednesday, I promise!!!
Now that Christmas is almost over ( we still have to celebrate with my family tomorrow - yea!) I am gearing up for Valentine's Day, the Chocolate and Roses Evening, and NEW IDEA BOOK AND CATALOG!
How cute is this wall art? I had been planning something similar for the Chocolate and Roses class, doesn't Stampin Up post this on the demonstrator website!
Let someone know how much you love them with the Love You Much bundle! Complete with Love You Much stamp set, Heart to Heart punch, and Candy Lane Designer Series paper, this bundle is full of love!
And from December 29, 2008 through January 31, 2009, it's priced at 20% off the retail value!
Please excuse the glare, but I had to share this cute photo ornament the girls and I made yesterday during the snow storm. I had some retired designer series paper, and fun OnBoard Something Seasonal. Add some old gold ricrack and a brad, you have a cute ornament for the tree!
I had to 'let go' and let Aislinn design her own...
This is cousin Daniel...on his First Communion Day.
This is her cousin Katama, she just turned two!
This is a picture of her cousins Emily and Shane, he's only 11 days old in the photo. Didn't Aislinn do a great job taking the pics?
So, with today's forecast here in New England, I thought this might be an appropriate card. Honestly, it is so difficult to really enjoy the holidays with the weather, illnesses and cancellations that abound. 7 and 3 year old's just don't get it, know what I mean? So we're going to make some chocolate covered pretzels and try to make the best of it today. The saddest part for me is my godson is being baptized today, and I won't be able to be there!
These photos are from the 12 Weeks of Christmas Campaign for my email newsletter subscribers. Readers receive a detailed description of these projects including needed supplies and step by step instructions!
