Sick As A Dog?

I made this card this weekend for a colleague who is sick....can you guess what punch I used for the greeting??? Look for a video this week!!!

The background was stamped tone on tone - Tangerine Tango ink on Tangerine Tango cardstock.

Stamps: *retired su* Oops..
Ink: Basic Black, Tangerine Tango, Early Espresso Classic Ink; Stampin Write Markers
Paper: Tangerine Tango, Early Espresso, Just Add Cake
Tools: Decorative Label Punch
Accessories: Designer Buttons, Stampin Dimensionals
