Cancellation policy -

·  All cancellations must be given in writing to stampwithtara@yahoo.com. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and email address.   

·  If you cancel 30 days before the event you will be charged a $25 processing fee, receiving the remainder of your registration within 10 days of crop.  Due to the nature of our contracts with the hotels no refunds will be available after 30 days before the event, unless there is a waiting list and we can fill your spot.  

·  "No Shows" will receive No Refunds, this includes any mini class registrations.   

·  A Stamping Good Time reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In the event of a cancellation by A Stamping Good Time, full refunds will be issued promptly.

Returned checks policy 

Any check that is returned "insufficient funds" will be charges a $25 fee, and a bank check or money order will be required to reserve your weekend get-a-way.
